Experienced fish fryer required for fish and chip shop in Costa Del Sol

Fish fryer required with previous experience.Must be able to prepare fish and potatoes to a high standard. Will be working alone on the frying and prep side of things.Must be a non smoker. Im updating this ad to trainee fish fryer,seeing as i had no responses for an experienced fish fryer.I am willing to train someone with kitchen experience.Must be hard working,enthusiastic and good with customers.

Possibly also looking for a breakfast cook. Again some experience would be necessary and good presentation skills. Will be serving traditional english breakfasts as well as things like kippers and smoked haddock etc.
