Get someone to check the meter reading if you can as there have been a lot of problems with iberdrola and over estimated bills. Also they have changed their bills to monthly now instead of every 2 months. Have you registered on the Iberdrola website yet? If you have you can contact them but you will need the correct meter reading.

Hi,
This thread just prompted me to check my electric account at Iberdrola, I find that I have been given a discount of over half of my January bill, sounds too good to be true!, no refund in the bank as yet!!.
Has anyone else had a refund?.

Just checked mine and he bills are 111 euros for Dec 116 for Jan and - 70 for Feb yes minus 70 like you no refund in the bank yet. Pat.
