Shared agency for your data base

I am very aware of the rules of this Forum and try to keep to them

So if this is not an acceptable post it will be deleted...no problem

But I am interested in taking on any agents proven interent data base of interested buyers in the Almeria area on the basis that if a sale does materialise over the next few years then the commission is shared in an agreed proportion

OK can you trust me....I think so ......and I am a UK regulated Chartered Surveyor 

May be a way of a local agent who can not afford to get through the downturn to get something out of his data base
