This is my first time on this forum, looking for some advice. Looking to buy a property at Angel de Miraflores Mijas can anybody tell me anything
regarding this development good or bad?

Its an Aifos development and Im not sure if its totally licensed so be careful. The location is good and thats about it. The build quality is very poor, thrown up and the sizes are small.
However, if you goe one for 130,000 euros or thereabouts for a 2 bedder then thats not bad - its what the Spanish are paying.

I don't have a connection with this developement but I think there are better places to purchase. Riviera del Sol is very, very overbuilt, Angel is not the most attractive developement to look at and has the cheapest rental prices. check out the new developement forum. f y
