We know for a fact that this is wrong but trying to find a lawyer who will advise and maybe write the first letter to him is proving impossible. Is anybody out there clued up in these matters and able to offer advice and maybe take this further? Obviously we will provide any details you need outside the public realm of this forum. Hi,

My partners "ex" seems to be under the impression that because his child no longer lives in the UK then he no longer has to pay maintenance.
