Long Term Rental Property Mar Menor Golf Resort WANTED

Hi, Im just wondering if anyone can help me, im looking to rent a property long term starting around the end of Jan for poss 9-12mths hopefully leading onto a longer period. Im looking for a 2 bed property with its own pool and one that would allow my cat who is wonderful. Im looking on the Mar Menor Golf Resort. If anyone can help me please reply asap. Im hoping to pay around 500 euros per month. Thanks

Does it have to be Mar Menor Golf resort? There are others like La Torre which is huge. Have you searched on this site or tried holidaylettings.co.uk? Many people are desperate to rent to pay the mortgage.

I do like to Mar Menor resort alot but would also consider La Zenia, I did think i would find a property but its not looking so easy now. And yes i have tried holiday lettings & rentals and they are not many on here.

Holidayletting.co.uk have 57 properties on Mar Menor. Yes they advertise a weekly rate but some of them may be willing for a bit of negotiation on price. Worth a try.
