Long Term Rental Property Required - Costa Calida/Blanca/Mar Menor area

Hi does any one have a property that they would like to rent in the areas of Costa Calida / Cost Blanca / Man Menor area near to the beach (max 15 mins drive), close to state primary schools and that would also allow a small well behaved dog. Preferably near or within an English speaking area.

We are looking for a three bed and 2 -bathrooms if possible. We are looking initially for a 3-6 month let with possibility of renewing assuming the kids settle into Spanish schooling.

Ideally we would like to rent in sterling due to the euro exchange rate.  Our children are aged 6 years and 4 years.  If any one has any advise on moving to Spain I would appreciate hearing from you.  Many thanks.
