50% share in costa Blanca property, Advise on selling

Can anybody advise on how you go about selling a 50% share in a propery,  do you know any agents in Costa Blanca who will advertise and sell a half share, any advise would be gratefully appreciated, also if selling a 50% share does this come under time share..

Hi this is known as fractional ownership not time share as you are selling a physical percentage of bricks and morter unlike timeshare which is selling an allocation of time. It is becoming more and more popular as the credit crunch hits harder.  Maria the lawyer who is on here will have some legal advise for you.  I would recommend once you have sorted the legals out to advertise in local press or online.
