I own an apartment on La Entrada, today I have had an email inviting the owners of phase 1 & phase 11 to the next community meeting, one of the items on the agenda is the price for the service of the Alarm system and also for the security guard which is going to be about 35 Euro a month but it does state that the neighbour complex Panorama Park has already joined the agreement.
Can anyone tell me if this is right and if so is this part of the community charge or extra and if it is in with the community charge roughly what do you pay?
