clause to be included for Spanish wills (for british)

It is easy to proof the domicile in the UK for a british citizen wgo is living in Spain, but it will be need in some wills to include some declaration where the testator want to keep the UK domicile in order to protect the applicable Law.
For this reason is always interested to include a clause like the following one:
"A los efectos de la aplicación de las normas de conflicto en materia sucesoria, el testador declara que tiene la intención de mantener su domicilio de origen en el Reino Unido.
For the purposes of the application of the rules of conflict of laws in matter of succession, the testator states that he has the intention of maintaining his domicile of origin in the united Kingdom."
