If you are insulin dependant in the uk your licence is reveiwed and renewed every 3 years how do you manage to continue this renewal if you no longer reside in the U.K? There must be a lot of ex-pats in this position I would be very grateful for information as I am looking to retire in Spain next summer and could not manage without my car.
