How do you start a new message board?

san miguel, is there a specific topic that you had in mind for a new board?

Hi Justin.

Yes, I was thinking about you reply to the thread "is it just me" you said that it would be good to have more good experieces when buying in Spain on the site. So why not have a message board for this, asking for people to post their 'good experiences'. No negatives allowed?

Just a thought.

I have lots of experience at buying in Spain.

After 18 months and nearly buying 4 houses before finally completing, I have found good and bad.

Met many agents including our first trip out there with a Parador viewing thingy.

san miguel, you wish is my command!  New board created for happy stories only .  I think it was quite a good idea, hopefully people will use it (yes, I am part of Rob's cynical party).

Justin, I believe it was actually Smiley who started the Cynical Party thing, but I fear he may have deserted me and left me to wave the banner. I regret, my principles will not permit me to participate in your new message board. (I might let it slip that I too have had plenty of positive experiences!)

In the meantime, Smiley, come back - we have a new waitress at Party HQ (and it's not Janice!)............

Hi Roberto I never went away - just busy busy busy - siempre!! She is in my favourite position too - next choice is the one where she is facing you and the top of her head is directly in front of you at about rib cage height so that you can rest your beer!!!! So good these waitresses to keep you otherwise occupied while you are enjoying a drink
