Jennifer Heredades PHASE 1 Development

Hi All,

I'm writing this on behalf of a couple of friends, that last year, bought a completed appartment on the PHASE 1 Jennifer Heredades development near Almoradi - I believe the developer was Ole International.

We've heard it before but they went ahead an purchased having no idea whether its got an LFO etc.

All the recent press has now got them wondering if their purchase is a legal property with all licenses and LFO.

Anyone here know Phase 1 of this development and its legal status?

Nice little development.  cant see any problems Ole have a good reputation,      the council have provided a play area to the side of the development cant see them doing that if the apartments were illegal.

We bought a couple of years ago and have been out every month so far this year!

No problem with the Water and Electric and the bill have now started to come through from the suppliers.

You're best checking the status with the community solicitor, they should have either an email address or a UK/Spanish postal address as the minutes from the yearly AGM will be sent out to you.

Last I heard we were still waiting on the residency side of things re habitational certificate but like I said, the community solicitor has been in touch with Ole and town halls.

Alternatively just ring or call in to OLE offices and they should be able to supply you with the necessary paperwork.

 

The Town Hall´s Planning department  will be able to tell you if there is a FOL in place.
