Deeds who do we put on them?

Can anyone tell me the best way to avoid all these Taxes

I am purchaseing  a property and relocating with my two sons 25 and 20 i am putting all three of us on the deeds is this the best way?

If you are going to have residencia in Spain, then you won't have to pay La Renta & Wealth Tax for a start, so there's 2 to cross off your list!

That names makes me smile!

My Mum is Welsh, from the Rhondda Valley, Swansea and she often uses boyo, when the Welsh dragon in her rises!

Anyway, I would take JeanSis's recommendations. She pointed me in the direction of a good insurance company for contents & buildings insurance, we saved money AND got a higher re-build price. i think she soes her homeowrk and we should all be grateful on this forum for her!
