We put a deposit on a property in this complex in April, subsequently paid the second instalment and in August were pushed to pay the last one. Since then they still have not got the First Occupation Licence. It has cost us so much money going back and forth to try to find out what is happening. We still do not have any confirmation as to when we can move in. We have already bought the furniture and we will be charged for storage if we do not have it delivered soon! Has anyone else bought in this complex can they please give me their views.
