When you have plenty of time familiarise yourself with what is where. You'll learn so much in here. My husband & I have gone through the buying process as we bought an off plan house on an urbanisation outside Guardamar on the Costa Blanca almost two years ago. We are non - residents.

Where are you buying ? Black money is what you are taliking about, we all know THAT one ! Our builder INSISTED on us underdeclaring so we were forced to do this illegal act.
