Hi,

We are visiting Play Blanca in about 3 weeks time and wondered if anyone could recommend a property website or a local estate agent for this area, a friend of ours has told us that the Marina Rubicon area is an up and coming area but all we can find is property to rent and not very much for sale.

Does anyone know what the prices are like? are they falling as in the rest of Spain or are they managing to escape the general downturn.

Any information greatly appreciated.
