Dear All, I am very interested on all the articles relating to a ' Mr. Christopher Devlin and his thieving tactics ! ... I would like to tell all that I have first hand experience of his family's swindling, ways ........ I would firstly like to mention, that my Husband used to be the owner of GOLDEN COAST ESTATES and that we were a very successfull real estate company here on the Costa Del Sol.... My Husband and I worked very hard setting up our Real Estate business here on the coast and then we met the INFAMOUS MR Devlin and his live in lover at that time ..... My Husband foolishly decided to bring Mr. Devlin in as a partner to the company and over a time span of about 2 years, the company grew into a very successfull one .... My Husband discovered that Mr.Devlin was ' stealing from the payroll ', Im embarrassed to say this, ' a little toooo late and things went from bad to worse really.... The company did NOT have to close, as someone has horribly said on your forum. Indeed, my Husband Brian Nelson. honourably paid all clients and staff that were owed money and choose a handfull of staff to continue the Real Estate Buisness on his own ... He paid all outstanding monies that were owed on MR CHRISTOPHER DEVLINS name and in fact, a charge was put on the sale of our family home to make sure they were paid, so I can account for this, that all Devlin the SWINDLERS creditors were paid ..... Mr. Devlin and his wife now, Karen Devlin, stole at least 2 million euros of our money.. We have, since Golden Coast Estates ias no more, opened 3 more great business ventures here on the coast on our own and I am glad to say that we have now been able to retire. Not bad at 39 years of age ! ...... To all those who have been swindled by the Devlins, I wish you all the luck in the world in retrieving all lost monies... There is a saying where I come from and it is 'WHAT GOES ROUND, COMES ROUND !
