As anyone any information on Grupo Mirador builders
There Mirador Linked Villas phase1 in Fuente de Piedra
should have been finished in December 2004, there is very little progress
on the site and it as been in this position for around 2 years now. It would seam
that theSpanish Tax authorities have impounded12 of these properties for
non-payment of tax. I have had around 6 completion dates through my solicitor
and all have failed
Can anyone tell me any more about this company please?

i purchased a 1 bed apt at a development of this builder in benalmadena called la perla de mirador nearly 3 years ago & they still have not even started the build yet, my lawyer has tried to get some answers from them but they will not even speak with him at all, i get told by the agents i bought through  (palmera propertys) that Mirador are completing other devs at the moment as they need the money , then they will at la perla (more excuses as usual ) start the build etc , it sounds like mirador are in a bit of a mess financially at present or they are just another developer in spain who doesnt give a toss for there clients but wonder why not many foreigners etc want to buy property there any more and the economy is going to the dogs at the minute , what gos around comes around as they say.
