EOS Meet

A few of us got around to discussing another meet up in this thread: www.eyeonspain.com/forums/posts-long-4499.aspx

And the consensus was:

Friday the 11th July @ the Rilex in Sabinillas at around 7pm'ish.

Rilex is on the beach front in Sabinillas.

From memory, so don't take this as being correct by any means, it's Caseras side and not Duquesa side, if that makes any sense.

Having already arranged this as the meeting place, I've just had a thought - During the winter it closes at 5pm.

Justin, is Rilex open later during the summer?

Rilex, it is on the front at the end by the new childrens play area and were they have the market, we will be there

Would love to be there but unfortunatley we will be in the UK but our heart is in Spain .  Give my regards to all the bloggers . Never been to Rilex but have a good meal/ drink etc.

I have to shoot off at 9 as we're going to a Jazz concert in Estepona but hopefully will get to see a few people before we leave.

Hard to believe it's wet where you are.  It is exceptionally hot today.  Really struggling to work with this heat....good reason to go out for a nice cold beer then!

p.s. EOS is offically 4 years old tomorrow!   Those four years seem to have flown by!  So I'm looking forward to the meet up later as I find it amazing how many friends have been made through the site.

Wonder how it went & if Justin remembered his wallet !! Sure he said he had forgotten it for last two meets.

It was soooo hot yesterday, even though, around 40 of us were there to celebrate.
We propose several things for next time:

1.- To make it a bit later, specially it is is summer.
2.- To content people´s stomachs with some good spanish food.

We will definitely need to prepare a real spanish fiesta for next year. 5th Anniversary. Nothing extraordinary, keeping us in the simple ways, but full of colour and tastes.... we promise to help to prepare it.
