Refund of excess purchase costs

I have seen it mentioned on this forum before, but didn't believe it. We have today received in excess of 700€ from our lender's Gestoria in relation to fees for the purchase of our apartment. We gave up hope that anything would come back our way, especially with our ongoing complaint with them (the lender) through the Bank of Spain. It has been coming up for 6 months since completion, some 3 months after we were lead to believe the refund would be made, so imagine the surprise upon checking our account.
Almost as good as winning the lottery  .
