Hi, this is Gill and Keith, we are new to this forum. We are buying at Jumilla!!! We have caught up with everything that is currently going on with San Jose.
Obviously we are gutted by what is happening, but now must concentrate on getting a refund of our deposit. We read an email about the possibility of everyone sharing the cost of a good lawyer, we think that it is an excellent idea. Can you let us know how much we need to pay and if anybody hears any more news regarding the Bankruptcy/court hearing, can you please let us know.
Many Thanks
Keith & Gill

The costs of lawyers vary depending on many factors. We have minimums advised by our Bar Associations which we can freely rise. Acting for a number of people allow us to make commun fees and therefore that is more convinient for clients and sometimes advisable for the seriousness and strength of the judicial claim.
In this case, a good lawyer with litigation expertise and deep knowledge of Consumers, Civil and Commercial Law is needed.

Hi to fellow Jumilla sufferers!
We're new to the forum and it's been enlightening to read all the information. We too bought in Jumilla with a completion date of May 2007. We visited the site twice, last time a month ago. We were still no wiser by the time we left as to what the real situation was until, out of the blue, we got an email from the 'highly recommended solisitors', PSI, recommended by the one and only Ambasun, who promised to make our Spanish dream come true. As yet, San Jose itself hasn't contacted us to inform us of the latest situation which we read about in the PSI email. It does seem as though there is a really cosy relationship between the above mentioned companies!
We are interested in the group action process as one option and would like to hear more about this.
Liz
