Hello all
My problem is that we own a lovely apartment in Casares which we are forced to sell as my husband now has been diagnosed with cancer.
We really don't want to sell but the work situation here is awful and he hasn't been able to work since November, he is 62 now. What I need to ask is can we make our children power of attorney so that we can get some help with benefits as he now has to spend most of his time going back and forth to hospital. But if there is no way around the problem then we just have to sell the apartment.
Is there any advice you can give us please?
Thanks.
