It would make interesting reading. When you come to think of it, if you consider the unhappy clients who dont have internet access and are therefore unable to voice their opinions. The actual number of satisfied clients must be in single figures. I do not know of any, do you? There is another website called spain forum .com and it has many complaints about this company going back a few years. Most of these concern Rojales and you really have to wonder how they are still in business, when they treat their clients in the way that they do. Of course all of the complaints are regarding after sales, I only wish I had known about these sites before I came on my inspection visit. They kept in contact with us and answered all our question the next day via email. The furniture was delivered promptly and in fact they were at the door at the exact time they said. There is a couple of very small bits to do on the snagging otherwise the house id perfect. Spam post? If so please click here to report it

You are very lucky and are certainly in the minority. Euro Anglo Prestige Sur have still not replied to my questions or should I say my desperate pleas for help. I will be adding to my thread PROBLEMS WITH COMPLETION very soon with an update on our position. I also completed yesterday against all the odds and with no thanks to Euro Anglo Sur. We put a deposit on an appartment in Marina de dona Julia in feb.07 through one of their agents, however, once the company went into trouble, we never heard anything from them and we had to find all the info on what was happenning by ourselves. Now that we are going to activate the bank garantee (and I am most certain they have found out), they sent us an e-mail to invite us to see other properties!! What a cheek!! Andenca Spam post? I understand that it must be frustrating that the development is not yet finished. But one thing I can say : you are very lucky that there is a bank guarantee and that you can claim your money back. I had some friends who bought through others and they lost all their money because they've sold them something with no license and no bank guarantee... I do not think they (ADH) could look into the future regarding the developers financial status... but they certainly protected the clients deposit with the banks... Goodluck in getting your money back and if I was you, I would stick to them if you have your money back and if you are still interested in buying on the Costa del Sol. So you are safe... Spam post? I've made 227 posts Send private message to Acapulco	I was very fortunate in that last year,when we made the decision to try to move to Spain ,we knew we would not have the money for at least 9 months. Didn't want to get in to a new build because of the inevitable delaysand I knew that when I had the money I would not want to wait very long.( impatient old so and so) We were over in CBS 2 weeks ago to look around and were fortunate to be guided to a key ready property that suits us( by a well known agent and tv star ) and get an agreement that should fit our time schedule, fingers crossed. Cannot faultthe servicewe have had although I am a bit concerned about one of the neighbours. _______________________ If you're going through hell keep on going, you might get out before the devil even knows you're there.
