Hi
We are new to this site. We wonder if there are any other renters on the Roda Golf & Beach Resort having problems receiving payment from Calidona Rentals. We have been letting our property for a year and to date have not received a single penny from them. They are using the excuse that we have to have a particular certificate in order to authorise our payment. The Director of the Local Tax Authorities inform us that that is not the correct certificate for non residents. We have provided everything else requested by them but have not received any payment to date.

A year is too long to go on without payment! If they receive weekly or monthly payments so should you. They need to be tracked down fast by whichever way possible,preferably by stepping on a plane going to your apartment and ending your arrangement with them, then changing your locks.
