A big warm hello to everybody on this very helpful forum. Our villa is in the final stages of construction, hopefully to be completed in the end of July/August 08. It is situated at the base of the Sierra Espuna in a beautiful area 15 mins from Lorca. This is a very exciting time for all of us, looking forward to meeting new friends and the relaxed way of life and the beautiful weather. It would be great to hear from anybody in the Lorca area. Our developer is Casas De Lorca SL and my comments so far are exremely positive. Looking forward to participating in this excellent forum.

Hello Sevilla,
We are not in Lorca but about 45 mins away near Fuente Alamo. We have visited Lorca and loved the town. We actually thought about moving there at one stage it was so good!!
We left Sheffield ( not too far from Sunny Scunny ) 3 years ago and have never regretted it .
