Introduction - Eye on Spain

Thursday, April 17, 2008 Sarah Dimambro Parcela I've made 8 posts Send private message to Sarah Dimambro	Hi, My name is Sarah I am 26, living in England. I have 2 children aged 7 and 2. My fiance and I are planning on moving to Spain as soon as we can!! I feel it has a lot more to offer our children and with the cost of living constantly rising in our country (and the wages not keeping up!) we feel it is the best option for us. We have been holidaying in the Torrevieja/Cabo Roig area for some years now and feel that this is where we would go as a starting point as we know the area (and have got to know quite a few expats there). My fiance has a well paid job here in England and has recently been discussing with his boss the possibility of changing his shifts to allow him to commute from Spain. We feel this is definately do-able as we have spoken to so many people who do the same thing. Is there anybody else who does a similar thing? I am particularly interested in talking to people with families who do this. As I will be in Spain on my own with the children for most of the week (which I dont have a problem with) I am interested to hear other peoples experiences. Many thanks, Sarah Spam post?
