It's just gone midnight...why am I still working? Simple. We've got so many things that we're putting together for you that we're really behind, so we're working all hours to get them done.
But it got me thinking a little...
At the end of the day we want to provide content and facilities that will be of interest and benefit to you, our valued members.
So, we'd like to hear your thoughts. Are there any subjects you'd like us to cover in our articles? Seen anything you'd like us to improve? Seen anything you really don't like? Anything you want to see more of?
Your feedback is so important to us. We've worked really hard to try and put together a website that you'll enjoy and come back to on a regular basis. It's what you want that really matters.
So if you've got any suggestions please post them here.

Hi guys I think you have a great website but would it be worth considering having a user recommendation page. There are a lot of good stories on the site combined with some horror stories. If users have a point where they can recommend someone they have used for Satellite TV or even as mundane as restaurants. You could even have one for recommendations and another as a health warning - just a thought.

That's a good idea. We're always trying to find companies that we can recommend but it's not easy. I think it's a good idea for others to share their own experiences.
We'll set it up very shortly, a member's recommendations section.

That's a brilliant idea. I'm a member of 2 other forums and they have a section dedicated to recommendations of restaurants and other services. It's very useful.

Hi Guys,
I'm not sure if you have any contact with golf courses on the Costa Del Sol. Many questions that I get asked is about golf courses that are doing discounts. As you may know, golfing on the Costa is quite expensive if you pay the top rate. It seems as if some people know people, that then know other people that get a discount. It would be good to cut out the middle man and get good golf rates for people. I think this will be a big pull for your site if you could offer this. As you may know a huge percentage of people that come to the coast are golfers.

One thing I'd like to see is a listing for tradesmen. They don't have to be English - but we need people we can communicate with so English speaking is important - Where do you find reliable electricians, plumbers painters or builders?
I understand you want to keep commercial posts off the forums - but sometimes they'd be quite useful!

Due to popular demand we have increased the size of the allowable avatar. The new limits are 150 x 150 pixels or 50 kb file size.
You can upload or change your avatar in your forum profile.

Hi Justin,
Is it possible to put a search facility on the message boards?
Sometimes I have to trawl through all the boards that I visit, then all the messages on the boards to find the answer to a query which I know has already been dealt with.
I notice that people are now joining this site in the 100s. And we all know why.Keep up the good work!

JeanSis...that avatar is huge!! 240K huge! You have to remember that some of our users are still on dial up so that would take an eternity to download for them and it would start to grind down the forum.
By the way, the image in your signature cannot be seen, it's still reference to your PC.

Hi Davmunster I made the same suggestion as you a while back - think there is some concern it might get abused. Howveer if you are located Costa del Sol I can recommend a cracking builder - not to build a villa (although I am sure he could he doesnt have the plant) - walls, tiling, rendering, pools - he is crackerjack and as honest as the day is long - speaks great English and is very keenly priced - extremely high standards

i would like to see a place on our development site where we could put our details ,such as name,address,email,contact number,etc
that way you could get to know your neighbours,plus you could contact them if you saw any thing that looked out of place when they are not there.
