is anybody waiting for there depsit back for phase 4. We requested our deposit back sept 07 and they will not ans calls or emails even though I have written in Spanish?

Hi Keano,
Welcome to EOS. Have you registered(it's free) on your development in the'off-plan development' forum on this site?
There may be other purchasers on there with exactly the information you are seeking.

I am in exactly the same position.
Have you got any further now?
1. I think my Spanish lawyer who is very nice is just a "one-woman-band" who really just specializes in doing the "conveyancing" stuff. Does anyone know of any bigger and very aggressive Spanish lawyers?
2. I just wondered if anyone is getting together for any joint legal actions?

I would go along with Morerosados recommendation - Maria is great, a real breath of fresh air and will actually work for you!
She has been somewhat successful in gaining deposit refunds
