We have an apartment in Reserva de Marbella which was rented on a long term basis, through an agent in Las Chapas. The tenant stopped paying rent and after much research we discovered that the agent had disappeared. We've had an lengthy and costly legal eviction battle and are convinced that the tenants have finally left. As we are in UK,we are wondering if there is anyone living on site who could pop over and check if the place is indeed empty. We will also need recommendations of any  decent and  trustworthy  long term letting agents.

I recommend you to , next time, submitt your contract to arbitration so you can have a faster and cheaper soution to your problem. Justin is going to launch a great product for EyeonSpain members willing to rent.
