I have had the very occasional golf game but have bought a villa in Spain and wondered if there were any courses open to beginners. The only ones I have seen listed seem to insist on a minimum handicap. For me the intial handicap is learning to play properly.
I am visiting our villa next week and have a friend coming who has played golf quite regularly in the past.
ANy suggestions or advice would be welcomed.

Hi,
Try posting your query in the "Golf Chat" forum in the "Living in and moving to Spain" section.
Probably more chance of a response there.
Cheers

The Greenlands course is perfect for beginners, its a little 9 hole par 3 course that you can play the twighlight round (4pm-7pm) for 15 euros.
It is just behind the Zoco market near Quesada so not too far from you...
