Reported to Social Security

Some of us are triying to make an honest living in the Coast, others prefer not to do it that way. It is difficult for small bussines to compite with them because they don´t paid any tax...etc.. Would you reported them?

Thanks María. It is not easy to do it because this other person will probably know that is me making the complaint. Any sugestions? I have a look to the documentation that I will have to fill up for the report and I will have to identified myself. I have a bussines card and a letter of his "bussines", is this enough to start the investigation? What type of penalty they get? He is been doing this for around two years.

It is enough. The penlty vary depending on the type of fault or crime involved.
