It is not easy to do it because this other person will probably know that is me making the complaint. Any sugestions? I have a look to the documentation that I will have to fill up for the report and I will have to identified myself. I have a bussines card and a letter of his "bussines", is this enough to start the investigation? What type of penalty they get?
