CAR RENTAL FOR RENTERS

We are coming to stay for 6 months in El Raso Guardamar We thought it would be easy to rent a cheap car for that time

 we've been quoted from £2000 -£3000 and told that buying a second hand car for that time isn't an option. Any body have any idea where we can rent a cheap car or has any one got a car they are prepared to rent reasonablly whilst we are here. we are in our 5o's and my husband had been a very careful driver for over 35 years without any thing major happening. We only want a small car clio or equivalent.
