Majestic Gardens, Casares

Anyone tell me anything about this development?

Historically I seem to recall there were all sorts of legal problems there but I,ve just been asked about it and its not an area I know terribly well.

Is it all sorted now or best avoided.

I was down there the other day and work has restarted again. My understanding is that on a couple of the fases where there are owners who completed, a lot didnt get finished off, so the owners got rid of whoever was administering their fase and installed their own committee.

It was then agreed everyone would pay a certain amount of money into the kitty in order to finish their part of the development off, pool, gardens, fences etc.

This is processing nicely. The remainder of the development I could not tell you BUT a new sign has gone up and apparently a relative of one of the Majestic owners is having the site finished off and trying to sell them.
