help needed El Galan

Hi, we are trying to find a builder who was working in the El Galan region during 2003 and the early part of 2004. He was of irish origin and went by the name of Tom Reilly. We last had dealings with him in March-April 2004. Can anyone help? many thanks, Rubio.
