Hi.

I have a new 2 bed, 2 bathroom appartment on Manilva Beach development Phase 1

It becomes available on 17 March when the current tennants move out.  The appartment is a first floor appartment facing the gardens and communal pool.  It has underground parking and storage room and lifts.  It is 2 minutes walk to beach and a 2 minute drive to Duquesa.  It is fully furnished with a fully fitted kitchen.  It is a really nice quiet spot.
