Palmera and Grupo Mirador

Hi, my name's Sue.

My husband and I put a deposit down on La Perla De Mirador about 5 years ago and unfortunately we are just finding out what's been happening.  Am I on the correct forum for seeing the latest information?

Seems EOS only has these below as development forums. ( When I tried La Perla De Mirador there wasn't one). Is one yours ? If it is just click on blue link & register then you can talk with other prospective owners. FIVE YEARS ? Don't you want your money back ?

We had a meeting with Palmera manager and lawyer last week. Think we will be able to provide some info if you need it. They are trying to solve some of their problems...  Palmera´s not offering but finished properties to be changed for those that have never been built or have been stopped in early stages of building. No money. But they seem to be willing to satisfy clients and make some discounts....

I personally do not think is a bad solution but.... it really depend on personal history with Palmera and developers.

Aifos is doind quite the same. They also came to visit us this week with offers of almost finished houses to be changed for those clients who paid deposit and there is still nothing or few. Same price of course. Personally think some discounts are negotiable and have some good properties about to be finished. Again... a matter of personal option.
