i need a long term let

i need a long term let in the almeria area a villa with pool and sea view is our dream.i have looked around but no luck so far can anyone help? we want to arrive around 1st may this year. we have a cat and would like internet access.we realise that we might have to have a few months here and there.

            You need to know that if your intention is staying a long term, and this is going to be your family house you have the right to extend the term for the contract up to five years, independently of whatever the term mentioned in the contract. However if it is mentioned that this is just seasonal, temporary for job reazons, etc, the term could be any time. Days, weeks, months, etc.
