I am looking to rent a 3/4 bedroom unfurnished property in Alcaidesa. I am fully qualified electrician should the property be a new build and lights, bathroom fittings, curtain poles etc are required which means I would be able to assist in order to keep costs down and result in little outgoing for owner.
