When (after) l signed for my apartment on the Brisas Del Mar development 19 months ago, there was a hold up because the plans had to be changed, as the pool had to be moved from the roof area to ground level. l was told this would not affect those that had already signed for there apartments as the development was not all sold. There fore it will only affect future buyers as there would be less Apartments.l have noticed that my apartment has suddenly moved from one side of the corridor to the other side. This of coarse changes the aspect and views l will now get to the ones l choose the apartment for.Did this happen to any other buyers and if so what was the reason (Excuse) given. The reason l was told was they switched to this side was that  Apartment here were  the only ones of the size l purchased  (80sq mts now 73sq mts) Which is not the case the apartments on the side l choose are the same size (2nd floor) With 2 terraces. The only ones that are different on my side are on the ground floor but the same on the opposite side of the ground floor corridor.so l can only assume that the person who made this choice only looked  at the ground floor plans and not the 1st or 2nd floor plans. What would be the best way to tackle this Regards Pat.
