just taken the developers through court without any luck though but going for an appeal I do believe that some one else won thier court case. Do not know what happened to our case???Have you any news we have not completed as yet .are they wanting you to complete?

Did they give you any reason why you were not successful? No I have not completed I have changed Lawyer as my original one was advising us to complete now I want my deposit back, it's been a long time since 2003!!
