Does anyone know what this is? Their lawyer Alvaro Soto was quoted in Sol newspaper a couple of months ago and I think they are based in Seville. He was giving good advice re dealing with developers/builders and I think the organisation could be useful to homeowners (but apparently only speaks Spanish).
