Looking to buy a villa or even a finca from a private vendor meeting the following criteria please:-

1. Location - prefer west side of Marbella, prefer El Paraiso Alto or close thereby.
2. Minimum of 2 bedrooms with a maximum of 5.
3. Must have sea view but does not need to be close to the sea.
4. Must be well within the micro climate.
5. Garage would be an advantage.
6. As a cash buyer am primarily looking to buy value. Location & €/m2 are prime factors.
I'm able and willing to act quickly if the right property presents itself.

Am happy to consider a property requiring modernisation or remedial work.
Entry anytime between now and September. Can offer a speedy settlement whilst purchase can be both discreet and flexible.
