I am in a civil partnership but below retirement age. My partner will be working when we move to spain. Will I be able to access the spanish Healthcare system by virtue of being in a civil partnership??

Health Autorities passed a decission back in 1984 where they give Health Assistance to non-marriage couples and children. I is necessary to prove that he/she is financially dependent  on the named insurer and that the living together is of more than one continued year.  The acknowledgemnt as benficiary of the right needs to be applied for and granted by the Health Services.
