i am pleased that it is complete early Derek, dont forget to snag because mine is a year late and still having problems getting snags done hence why i will not complete and that is the story for a lot of us on Las kalendas

So you can refuse to complete didn't realise that bet the builder not happy with that but his fault should get things fixed don't understand these people very strange
