Can anyone recommend an agent for selling in El Algar

We have a 2 year old 3 bed detached villa in El Algar ,near Cartagena, which we would like to sell after our tenants that have been in for 10 months , move out.

We are concerned that with Nuevo Carthago being built  on the doorstep we will struggle to find someone committed to selling a resale rather than a newbuild with huge commission.

Can anyone recommend any good agents?
