We are going out to tender to build a 450m2 villa in an urbanisation near Benahavis and are looking for a high quality builder who will deliver on time. Key requirements:

1) At least one English speaker

2) Time dependent contract

3) Excellent references and finished villas to show

4) Competitive pricing

5) Quality workmanship
