Hi all - hope the sun is shining wherever you are - cold and damp here in Salisbury Wilts!

Due to complete end of Nov but know I won't!  building almost complete when I visited in July but roads not done and delay largely down to legal system I'm told?- prob complete now end Jan

Anyone in same position in this location?

Dear Roger: Do you have a Bank Guarantee? ASk for it, even if you want to allow the delay and just ask for compensation, it is very important and they need to provide it to you. Do it in written an dmost advisably by registered mail or fax.
