polaris world hr phase2 resale

have been offered a ground floor apartment  on phase two haciend Requemle, at €160,000, but with out pictures etc, is this phase finished, is the golf course finished, and the town centre , sorry new to this sort of thing so before we get bullied in to  flying out to veiw , would appreciate a second or as many opions as poss MICK M

If you are buying through an agent then you should have been given all the details and plans

Certainly do not go over without them and also being clear in your mind that you are serious about buying a re sale

Hi Mick,

The golf course at HR is not yet open the course will be a 18 hole golf course,  only  nine holes are due to open Feb 08 the other 9 holes due to open May 2008.

The town centre or commercial area has not been constructed , date of completion a year or more away from the information i have .
