Thinking of buying in Terrazas de Almerimar

Hi,

We just came back from an MRI inspection trip to Mojacar.  We liked the off-plan apartments in Terrazas de Almerimar.

We refused to put any deposits down until we came back home and thought about it and although we got gentle encouragement we didn't get too much pressure. 

We think we would like to go ahead and need an independent solicitor before we go ahead.

Can anyone recommend a good solicitor in this area?

We hear horror stories all over this site and others about MRI and others and would like to do this as much in our terms as possible.

It is my understanding that they have just started releasing this development.  It is a 2.5 years off-plan.

I think Almerimar is a great location and has really good potential.
